The Civil Society –UN Prevention Platform has the pleasure of inviting you to an informal, off the record discussion onthe experiences and lessons from the CSOs and UN entities designing effective upstream prevention approaches targeted at reducing risks of violence. This discussion will include research findings from experts on the root causes ofviolence, as well as insights from local peacebuilders into how they approach risks and resilience factors in their specific contexts and collaborate with other stakeholders to inform early action measures.
